Kharkiv, Ukraine: Ninety seven delegates from twenty one regions (oblasts) of Ukraine and Crimea, who participated in the first All-Ukraine Euromaidan Forum taking place in this city, passed final resolutions on 12 January 2014. They met for their closing session in the overcrowded offices of the Kharkiv Human Rights Protection Group, with electricity switched off, apparently by authorities. The Forum approved its resolutions by unanimous vote or by overwhelming majority. All resolutions were developed the previous day in seven workgroups. Taken together, the Forums final resolutions lay out strategic goals and tactical objectives for the euromaidan movement.
